How Nura collects, protects, and uses your data.
Nura collects anonymous survey responses about women's daily experiences, including energy levels, mood patterns, physical symptoms, and lifestyle factors. We also collect your menstrual cycle phase to understand how patterns vary throughout the month.
We do not collect: Names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information. All responses are completely anonymous.
Your anonymous responses are aggregated with data from other women to identify community-wide patterns and trends. This collective data helps us generate insights about how women's experiences vary across menstrual cycle phases and other factors.
Our mission is to eventually provide personalized insights backed by real community patterns—helping you understand your own experiences in the context of broader data.
All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security and compliance. Your responses are stored in a secure database with strict access controls.
Because all data is collected anonymously, we cannot identify or delete individual responses. However, you have complete control over what you choose to share—participation is always voluntary and you can stop at any time.
As Nura evolves, we may introduce optional user accounts to enable personalized tracking and insights. If we do, we will always be transparent about what data is collected and how it's used. Your privacy and trust remain our top priority.
If you have questions about how we handle data, please contact us. We're committed to transparency and are happy to answer any concerns.
